What’s your plan?
If you want to borrow money from a bank, they want to know what you are going to do with the money. A good marketing company wants to know what you want to get from their marketing efforts. You cannot get on a horse and ride off in all directions. You need a plan. A plan is a direction with measurable goals. How else can you know when you get there?

Why do you have a website?
What is the primary purpose of your website? Are you trying to find new customers, support existing clients, provide automated ordering for distributors, or just communicate with friends? A website can and should accommodate several tasks, but understand your primary purpose and build around that as a central theme.

How good is your first message?
OK, so someone found your website. What will they think when they first see your website? That first impression will determine if the visitor reads your pages or moves on to another website. The first impression is one of the most important design elements of any successful web based marketing campaign. Think carefully about all of your messages.
